Greata Ranch Vineyards, situated between Peachland and Summerland, was established in 1895 by George Greata and was one of the most prolific peach orchards in the Okanagan. Based upon Senator Ross Fitzpatrick’s boyhood memories of visiting the property with his father and sampling the sweet peaches, he purchased the property in 1994 and restored its former agricultural splendor by establishing 40 acres of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Ehrenfelser, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Blanc vines.
The Fitzpatrick’s recently sold CedarCreek Estate Winery but retained Greata Ranch Vineyards. Under the leadership of Gordon Fitzpatrick the family transformed Greata Ranch into a Sparkling Wine House called Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards.
The new 8,000 case boutique winery specializes in Sparkling Wine but also produces still wines (Chardonnay, Ehrenfelser, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Rosé, Pinot Noir and Meritage). Their inaugural vintage of 2012 traditional method Sparkling Wine was released August 2016. Stop in to take a one-of-a-kind Sparkling Wine Tour, or to sip a glass of Sparkling Wine and savour a slice of thin crust pizza while soaking up the breathtaking waterfront view from the patio of our Mediterranean style Bistro.

Tours are daily at 11am and 2pm with a maximum of 12 guests. Book ahead to avoid missing out.
Tastings at our Still Wine Bar up front in our Wine Shop, or at our Sparkling Wine Bar overlooking the vineyard and lake.
