Dinner & Sleigh Bells at Big White
Admire Big White’s pristine beauty as the majestic Clydesdale horses guide the sleigh through snow covered forest to a cozy cabin. Keep warm and snuggle under blankets, as you explore the enchanted forest trails under a star-filled night sky. Back at the cabin, you can relax and enjoy a delicious gourmet dinner prepared by the chefs from the Kettle Valley Steak House. This is a dining experience you won’t soon forget. Culinary Classics at Mission Hill Winery
From November through March, Mission Hill Family Estate Winery offers a culinary workshop series. These sessions are interactive, informative, and delectable. Their popular Dynamics of Food & Wine series features various themes and flavours. These classes sell out quickly, so it’s best to reserve your spot early!

Gold Medal Plates – Canadian Culinary Championships
On February 2nd and 3rd, Canada’s top chefs gather in Kelowna, BC to compete at The Gold Medal Plates Finale – The Canadian Culinary Championship.
Over 100 competing chefs are invited to create their ultimate dish and pair it with a premier Canadian wine, beer or spirit. A team of food and wine critics from each city work with national critics to determine the top three winning creations and then a gold, silver and bronze medal winning chef is crowned. Don’t miss out on what will be the most extraordinary two-day culinary competition you will ever witness in Canada.

Red Wine and Chocolate
During February spend one or two weekends enjoying chocolate paired with delicious Cascade Valley wine. Red Wine and Chocolate in Lake Chelan the second and third weekends in February. Wineries in Leavenworth, Wenatchee and Lake Chelan wineries present big reds with chocolate delights. Limo rides, library wines, chocolate, and more wine. Delicious chocolates paired with local wines make a winter weekend memorable.
